Ashley will collect flight information as we get closer to travel, to ensure smooth round trip shuttle service to/from the resort. Shared transportation from the Cancun International Airport (CUN) to El Dorado Royale is included in your resort package. Shared service can make up to 3 stops prior to your resort. If you wish to upgrade to private non stop service, please select that option and a quote will be emailed to you .
Valid US Passports are required by all travelers to enter/exit Mexico. Passports must be valid for a full 6 months after the return flight home. Passports must be free from all and any damages to avoid being denied boarding.
Each guest will have the opportunity to purchase trip/cancellation insurance when they book their room to protect their investment in the event of an unforeseen cancellation. Once paid in full, each reservation is non refundable.
A non-refundable deposit of $200 per person is required at the time of booking. Payment plans are then welcome, with final payment due no later than July 15, 2025.
First payment is due at time of booking. Book by June 15, 2025.
