Initial Consultation

We will line up a video chat to meet during our initial consultation. This is YOUR time to share your vision! No question is off limits, and we will explain the entire process to you. This chat also gives us the ability to get to know one another. A vibe check. Afterall, you will work extremely close with your Destination Wedding Travel Advisor, and you want to make sure your personalities are a solid fit.

Resort Research & Booking
Step 2
We then get busy on researching the myriad of options, based on your desires and present the resort options and sample pricing to you for your review. Once you select your ideal resort, we will introduce you to the wedding planning team on location, and lock in the wedding date, time, venue and get that room block started!

Custom Booking Website

Now, we are on our way! Our IT team will create a personalized mini booking site for you and your crew! This site will contain all details for seamless booking for you and your guests.

Invitation Guidance

We will guide you on what to include on your Save the Dates or Invitations to make the booking process easy breezy for your guests.

Wedding Planning Support

As the wedding date gets closer, the fine details will be planned. Think…90 days prior to the ceremony date. We know that seems crazy, but trust us. Our resort wedding experts have this down to a science, and this time is ample to customize your wedding package and fine tune all the details. We will be by your side, copied in on all emails, and on any calls with your wedding coordinator to ensure your vision is being executed. Yes…we get a little protective of our bridal couples!

Guest Communication & Support

Guests will all have clear, easy to understand confirmations and invoices sent via email to them, from us. We are available for phone chat’s if needed, and ready to answer any and all questions from your guests.

Travel Documents & Final Prep

Approximately 3 weeks prior to travel, you and your guests will receive Travel Documents with an audio visual link, to explain everything! Going to a foreign country feeling confident is key to kick starting a great getaway, and giving your guests that may not travel frequently that confidence is our pleasure!

It’s virtually never too early! We’ve gotten things rolling for couples 2 years in advance!
Are you an agency that charges fees?
Some agency’s charge Professional Fee’s, others do not. There are pros and cons to both business models, and we will explain the difference during our chat. We never hide fee’s or surprise you with added charges. Ever.
Can I get married in Jamaica with 150 guests for $3000 like I saw advertised on Tik Tok?
Social Media coupled with some irresponsible travel agencies have falsely advertised these amazing, super inclusive wedding packages that seem too good to be true. And…they are just that. Our promise to you is 100% transparency, and once we know your budget, we can certainly advise if it’s a realistic one. If you need help figuring out a budget, we are here to advise you on that as well.
If I schedule a call with you, am I obligated to move forward with you?
Absolutely not. The call is designed as a meet and greet to get to know each other, for us to hear more about your vision, and to see if we would be a good fit to work together. The relationship you will have with your travel agent, is a bit of a marriage in itself, as you will work very closely together for the next year or more! So, it’s super important that you feel confident and mesh with your agent. We want to see you happy, no matter what that looks like.
