techniques from Asia, while Cueva Siete (names for the seven original caves of Mayan mythos), the
inspiration come from the Yucatan.
With in-house mixologist, Luis Vallejo, there’s a cocktail for the most discerning guest! Luis and his team
create cocktails using organic, local flavors with a true hands on process. The Palmera Lounge is where
the night comes alive with an inviting design, expertly crafted cocktails and live entertainment until
2AM.
Built in 2016, totaling 448 rooms/suites, and considered a low rise with 5 floors, UNICO offers 9 room
categories, allowing guests to choose that swim up suite or something a bit more expansive and upscale,
found in one of the Estancia Suites. All equipped with their signature jersey robes that are simply
heavenly (and yes, you can buy one to take home!), and offering 24 hour room service.
