and finally their travel documents. Everything they could possibly need or want to know are within those
emails. As long as the guests actually opens and reads the emails… their trip will run smooth as silk!

As the travel concierge to our couples, Playa Bella Weddings and Travel creates a mini booking site for
each of our wedding groups. That is the starting point for all the guests, and we encourage those guests
to use an email address that is checked regularly to avoid those pesky issues stated above. We
encourage our bridal couples to have a solid means of communication with their guests, so they can
keep them engaged, up to date, and informed. Some free wedding website apps, even have a ‘text’
feature, allowing the bridal couple to text the group pertinent information as needed.

Staying connected with the traveling guests and keeping them up to date with all the details, is key for a
smooth, easy breezy trip to celebrate your destination wedding!
